What would your patronus be?
I love this question so much I want to marry it. A later question will cover the topic of what my animagus would be, but for today, let's focus on my patronus. Patronuses (patroni?) are conjured upon thoughts of happiness, so naturally mine would be something very near and dear to my heart. That's right, folks, mine would be a lioness--loyal, protective, and totally fierce.
Yeah, imagine that coming at you all silvery and magical. What what! There's nothin' that can bring that down.

I thought a person's patronus and animagus were the same. McGonagall's are, though I'm pretty sure that is the only definitive example we have in the canon.
Q--James Potter's patronus and animagus are also both the same, although it's not clear whether that's always the case.

(Man, I LOVE researching this kind of stuff.)
I love this thought! I am going to seriously contemplate Gretchen what my patronus would be. I have obviously not taken this as seriously as I should since I am a major HP fan. I will let you know what I decide - but if you can come up with a good match let me know! Love you.
Not a liger?
Heather Anne says my Patronus would be Gollum, but I'm thinking raccoon would be more accurate. It's a highly disappointing Patronus, but what are you going to do?
Like Nala from the Lion King (wasn't that her name? not sure.)? Very nice. Mine would be a corgi, definitely. Strong, smart, loyal, and a genuine dwarf dog with enormous ears, so cute as all get out!
I always thought my patronus would be a lion, not a lioness. I wonder if a patronus has to coordinate with your gender? (Maybe instead of writing that last comment I should have just written: "Hello, fellow Harry Potter geek here!")
If Snape has a doe, then I guess a patronus doesn't have to match your gender!
